The following states a policy regarding the privacy rights of visitors to this website.  I respect your right to privacy and your desire for a secure online shopping experience.
Security
Secure Shopping
This site uses Global as the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider. I'm advised that it provides customers with the strongest certificate services available. Your credit card information is encrypted while traveling the Internet. You can read more about the actual certificate by double clicking the "padlock" symbol at the bottom of your web browser window. You only enter the secure area of the website when you log into Your Account and or when you Checkout. To purchase any prints, you must create an account before you will be able to Checkout to complete your order.
Information Collected and How it is Used
The Gallery requires Cookies to be enabled in your browser or firewall software. Cookies are needed for you to purchase a print, & to make & log into your account. You can clean the cookie out of your Temporary Internet Files folder after you leave the site & then log back in when required, by using your Username & Password. (I use a program called RoboForm to automatically fill forms.) But cookies are required to be at least temporarily placed on your computer.
A 'cookie' is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred from a web site to the hard drive of your computer so that the database can identify your computer (not you) & so recognize it. When you choose to set up an account or buy anything on this website, a cookie will be stored on your computer for this website to ID your account, preferences, & buying history for you to access. No other data is contained in a cookie or is collected. It doesn't actually personally identify you to me & it is on your computer, not mine, so you have control over it & access to it, not me. The cookie is also what is used  in the statistics to show me what web pages have been visited & how many times that those pages have been visited. The cookie does not specifically ID who did the visiting, as again the cookie is on your computer & it is not something that I have access to. It's sounds as though it could be an invasion of privacy, but it doesn't ID you to me at all.
Anonymous statistic information on the number of visits made to the various web pages is collected. I feel that this information helps me to improve the content and peformance of the website and I see better what the customer is looking at most often and therefore may want.
I also use your e-mail address to inform you that your print order was received. All information collected is securely stored.
If you supply me with your postal address, it will ONLY be used for the shipping of your order, and if required, for your credit card verification with your bank or credit card company to help prevent fraud or theft.
I  do not make available your name or address to any other companies or individiuals.
Thank You.
